I design digital products that are accessible for all users and that solve real, human needs.

I believe in ego-less design, empathy, and asking the right questions.

I've spent several years as a UX Designer and Researcher for the Customer Technology Department at the MBTA, Boston's public transit agency. There, I've worked on all sorts of projects, from redesigning the MBTA website to creating brand-new, human-centered software aimed at improving Green Line service reliability.

I'm eager for a new design challenge, whether it's developing a research strategy for you, running usability tests, re-designing a website or app, or helping you with product strategy.
